Refund Policy for Downloaded Digital Goods
Digital goods and downloads fully delivered are excluded from being refunded and/or returned since they are, and will remain, in the possession of the purchaser.
Refund Policy for Non-Digital Products and/or drip-fed/partially delivered Products/Services
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 30 days of notifying you of the approval of your refund request.
If you haven’t received a refund by the end of 30 days first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
